This article is for small businesses who use Xero. You’ll need payroll admin permission to view timesheets. Xero displays employee timesheets in the pay run for a selected pay calendar. This includes the status of each timesheet, hours entered for each earnings type, and a Create button next to any employees who haven’t submitted their timesheet for that pay period. In the Payroll menu, select Timesheets. Click Any Status. Click the timesheet you want to view. To view individual timesheets, filter by status.
