Make sure you include details of error codes or messages, your Xero organisation name, the bank name and the last four digits of the bank account that’s not refreshing. Yodlee feeds can only be set up using one set of login credentials. If you access multiple accounts at the same bank or financial institution using different login details, you can’t add another feed using the different credentials.
If you need to set up feeds with a different set of credentials, another user needs to do this. They need to login to Xero using their own Xero username and password, then set up the feeds for the other accounts using the different login details. If you’ve tried all the above but you’re still unable to activate your feed, contact Xero Support. Include the following information:.
The last four digits of the account you’re trying to activate a feed for. The URL website address for the login page you use to access your online banking. Confirm if you access the account through personal, or business online banking. Advise if your online banking has changed recently, such as a new design or new notifications displaying.
Confirm what type of account you’re expecting to see. This might be a current, savings, credit card, loan, mortgage, or investment account. Chris Sherry. Topic Business continuity. Bank Feeds are not working I’ve done all the checks, but I’m unable to reconcile my transactions because they’re not appearing. The account is showing as linked in my online banking, but for some reason the feed isn’t coming through. I’ve requested Xero support but still in queue, has anyone tried deleting and then reconnecting the bank account?

Allison O’Connor asked a question. Our bank feeds aren’t working either, we use Bank of America, haven’t updated anything, just no more feed. Have tried to login but no luck. Have you checked if this is a known issue on our Bank Feed Status pageteam? That status page doesn’t really indicate much, but it does seem to be working.
I think the main thing we had to do was deactivate the feeds and re-start them, the bank did a SMS verification step, so I think it just needed a refresh. Bank feed not working in xero since Cater Allen changed their logon page my bank /5934.txt have not worked.
I have beed told this has bee fixed by my advisor. So have added the bank feed again. However the log says bank feed has been refreshed. I have asked xero when this will be bank feed not working in xero but no response. Would be gratefull if xero had a look at this and provided a response. I’m with bank bank feed not working in xero.
Im going around in circles. On TSB online works absolutely fewd I have deleted and restated my APP without success. My bank feeds don’t appear to be working today. I have checked out Xero news and there doesn’t appear to be a problem in NZ. Also want to find out why my Balance Sheet for April 20 is not recording correct bank balance as per bank statements and Xero’s bank account transactions.
