Hi Doug, sorry it’s not quite clear as the conversations evolved here – some of this discussion has occurred during times of incidents. Each of which was generally resolved within the same day. You can use Xero Me to do the following: Take a photo of the physical receipt, add some information to the claim and save for later or submit for approval. Return to the claim and edit the information, add a note for their employer or delete the claim and start again. Get paid back into their bank account when a claim is approved.
