I installed photoshop It would run, but the next day I could not start it because startup files photoshop. I tried to install again but I get an error Adobe said it is trying to access a file that is in use by a different application. It says to open task manager and end the task. But there is no application listed in the error. Microsoft says to use event viewer to check the error log for this and remove the application causing the problem.

But there is no error log created that I can find. I tried to uninstall thinking this might be the problem but it is not even listed in my control panel as an installed program and there is no uninstall file. Adobe videos say to delete all adobe folders, but I have several other adobe products. I deleted all photoshop folders. I still can’t install and get the error.
