Start a call from a chat in Teams.

When I click on Call it comes up with Make a Call and this only gives me the option to call people within the organisation. I know other collegueas get an option to dial a number but I don’t? This thread is locked.

I am sure my organisation has a calling plan then as everyone else seems to be able to call out. Contacting our IT during the pandemic has not been easy.
